Well...it's become quite difficult to keep this blog well updated. I think I said - even before Antonio was born - how our life would change, that we'd not have time for nothing, but THAT was only based on what people'd say...I never tought it'd be as hard as it is, especially with Claudia and I working full time!

Things have been hectic at my job as the bank moved its location to farther away and is moving lots of things that are sucking our time!

So you may understand that we can't do - almost - anything we really want so much taking care of a baby requires and still even the days we'd think of not caring that mfor him, we simply can't! He's such a brilliant boy, with such a special mood and high level of energy that we forget about our own desires and don't want to leave him for a second.

That's actually the size of our love to him! We love him so profoundly that it sometimes hurts!

He's almost 9 months old and he's achieved the following milestones:

- He's teething and has already one tooth (sort of) coming up;

- He climbs anything and is able to pull himself up standing, but we gotta be close so he may fall;

- He's almost crawling as he already stays on his four, but can't pull forward yet;

- He knows how to wave goodby and how to clap his hands while singing Happy Birthday to You;

- Every day he emits a different sound as if he's really talking (which deep inside he is)

I'll try to update the blog more often!

Bem, tem sido meio dificil manter o blog atualizado. Acho ate que disse isso antes do Antonio nascer, mas quando disse me baseei no que os outros nos diziam. Nao sabia que ia ser tanto assim, especialemente comigo e com a Clau trabalhando o dia todo. Alem disso, as coisas la no banco estao mudando muito. Mudaram pra um lugar mais longe (centro da cidade) e estao mudando muitas coisas.

Acho que voces conseguem saber que nos nao conseguimos fazer - quase - nada que gostamos de tanto que cuidar do Antonio nos exige e ate naqueles dias em que pensamos em pegar mais leve, nao conseguimos. Antonio esta tao esperto, com tanto bom humor e muita energia que nos simplesmente so queremos ficar cuidando dele e esquecemos das nossas vontades.

Esse eh o tamanho do nosso amor por ele. Um amor tao profundo que ate doi.

Nesse meio tempo ele ja aprendeu tanta coisa:

- Ele ja tem um detinho apontado (mais ou menos), mas ja da pra ver a ponta;

- Ele escala qualquer coisa e eh capaz de se levantar. So que temos de ficar junto porque ele ainda nao sabe sentar direito;

- Esta quase engatinhando. Ja fica nas quatro, masi ainda nao da os "passos pra frente";

- Aprendeu a dar tchau e bater palminhas;

- Sem falar que cada dia ele faz um som diferente como se tivesse conversando - coisa que nos como bons pais sabemos que ele esta.

Vou tentar atualizar mais vezes.
